Pizza " Four cheeses"

Ingredients: Dough (for 2 pieces): warm water, pizza flour, salt, sugar, pressed yeast, olive oil, Toppings (for one pizza):, mozzarella, Dor Blue, soft goat cheese, Grana Padano, olive oil, Italian dry mix herbs"

Cooking method:

I made the dough according to the recipe written on a pack of pizza flour. Sift flour, mix with salt and sugar. (By the way, I did not notice a fundamental difference in taste when using special flour for pizza, so you can take regular flour and not bother). Dilute the yeast in 50 ml of warm water, pour into the flour mixture, add olive oil, the rest of the water, knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until the dough has tripled in size.

Turn the dough out onto a work surface and divide into two pieces. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, lay out one part of the dough. Stretch the dough with your hands to make a pizza base with a diameter of about 30-32 cm. If you want to get crispy edges, form the sides. Brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with a mixture of dried herbs. I have prepared frozen butter with basil, I melted it and greased the dough.

Now you just need to lay out the cheeses. First, I cut the mozzarella into thin plates, laid out the first layer. Then, tearing off pieces from Dor Blue, she laid them out on the surface. I did the same with soft goat cheese. And then sprinkled with grated Grana Padano. The composition of cheeses can be changed, the main thing is that they blend well and complement each other. Mozzarella cheese, as a neutral base, is still recommended to be left. Blue cheese can be taken any other.

Preheat oven to 220° Bake pizza for 15-17 minutes.

I made the second pizza with tomato sauce, salami and cherry tomatoes. I used two cheeses: Mozzarella and Grana Padano. Well, very tasty! 😍😋 Bon appetit and be healthy 🌺
