When a family is divided into meat-eaters and vegetarians, I cook for both, especially when you cook fish soup and cut vegetables, then the question is whether to make a casserole as well - for me it’s not even arises. Of course do! Let's arrange a delicious fish day on Saturday :)) I’ll tell you right away for those who count calories: you can cook in two ways: with preliminary frying or with preliminary stewing. #olgrigrecept #menu #German cuisine #hot #second dishes #hot #fish #PP #healthy #vegetarian recipes #games I'll tell you right away for those who count calories: you can cook in two ways: with preliminary frying or with preliminary stewing.
Ingredients: fish fillet, I have Atlantic halibut, ghee, salt and pepper, olive oil, carrots, chopped diced, onion, cut into rings (I replaced half of the onion with a leek and it is justified!), zucchini, diced, garlic, crushed (I took half a large one), Rosemary, salt, pepper, Thyme, butter, flour, milk and water (I cooked the sauce only in milk), grated cheese, salt pepper
Cooking method:
Cut the fish fillet and put it on a napkin so that the liquid is absorbed, and then shortly fry in melted butter. Salt, pepper.
Steam carrots, zucchini, onions, garlic until glassy onions or glaze. Salt, pepper and add thyme and rosemary.
Fish (thaw if frozen) cut into cubes.
From flour, butter and milk and water, cook a white sauce. Salt and pepper it to taste. Put a mixture of vegetables in a greased (oiled) form, put the fish on top and pour white sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
And at T 180-200 degrees bake until a beautiful crust. Bon Appetit!
