Ingredients: For noodles:, yolk and one egg along with protein, vegetable oil, olive oil, warm water, flour, Optional: eggs, melted butter, salt
Cooking method:
Beat the eggs with water and butter and gradually add the flour and knead a tight dough. We do not add salt as the noodles can become gray, especially if it dries for a long time.
Divide the dough into three pieces and form into balls. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes
We roll out three thin layers approximately 3 mm thick. And leave them to dry in a warm place.
After drying, roll tightly into rolls and cut into narrow noodles.
Dip the noodles in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes.
We throw the cooked noodles into a colander and rinse a little with cold water.
In a large bowl, beat 8 eggs and add 200 g of melted butter and a little salt.
We send the already cooled noodles to the egg mixture. Mix well and transfer to a deep form greased with oil, given that the grandmother rises very much during baking.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Served as a hot dish. We cut into cubes and put chicken or any other roast on top of your taste.
