In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Sunday breakfast - fried eggs in a pita with cheese and green tea - 360 kcal.

The only deviation from the recipe - I took pita bread and cut it out 2 circles using a plate of appropriate size pan. At the snack I had was an apple of 120 grams and 20 grams of peanuts. Snack 165 kcal.

For lunch I had yesterday my experiment - fish soup "a la Tom Yam" with perch and shrimp (450 g). K 2 soup rye bread (10 g).

Lunch turned on 230 kcal.

A tea after lunch was 15 g of 75% bitter chocolate - 80 kcal.

Sunday passed quietly without any physical exertion. Walking, watching movies. I decided a little bit of everything to rest.

And tomorrow there are plans to take a walk on the ENEA, after solve all affairs in Moscow. I hope for good weather, so want to walk the new summer dress, which could put this summer a few times.

Baked themselves for breakfast for breakfast banana-oatmeal cake and slice with tea eaten as a snack, the second -120 kcal.

I was thinking that my bad mood can sigrat tricks on me in terms of weight loss, because the stress and the accompanying hormone cortisol - prevent the breakdown of fat.

So while just relaxing and doing nothing. I keep a calorie deficit, drink water and wait for the results tomorrow checkweighing.
