Ingredients: fresh eggs, sugar, boiled vodka, Mascarpone, lemon (peel grated from a lemon), strong espresso (coffee), amaretto, ladyfingers cookies (see photo)

Cooking method:

1.- Line the mold with foil so that its edges hang outward. 2.- 2 fresh eggs divided into protein and yolk. Put in a bowl: 2 yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of freshly boiled water and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes until a thick cream is formed. 3.- Grate the peel of one lemon. 250 g of mascarpone, one spoon at a time, add to the egg cream, then add the grated lemon peel.

4.- Mix 80 ml of strong espresso (coffee) with 5 tablespoons of Amaretto and briefly dip the cookies into the mixture), so that only the edges get wet, but the middle remains dry. 5.- And immediately start filling the form, smearing each layer with cream. Sprinkle the top with a mixture of cocoa and powder. And refrigerate for at least 3 hours if you can handle it :)))))))

MY ADVICE TO YOU: dry the cookies in the oven for 10 minutes. If for some reason you are afraid to use fresh eggs, replace them with 200 grams of whipped cream.
