Such a holiday as Valentine's Day cannot do without tasty and fragrant cookies. Heart-shaped cakes look especially interesting. Not every housewife has special forms, so cookies come to the rescue for the preparation of which a form is not needed, but an ordinary tablespoon is enough. #valentines
Ingredients: butter, powdered sugar, egg, flour, jam, marmalade or thick jam
Cooking method:
In a bowl, mix softened butter and icing sugar.
Add the egg and bring to a homogeneous state.
Add flour and knead the dough.
We remove the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After a while, tear off small pieces of dough and roll them into balls. Lay out on a baking sheet.
Press each ball lightly with your hand. Dip the handle of a spoon in flour, make two small indentations in it and level it.
Fill the hearts with jam, marmalade or thick jam. It is more convenient to do this with a pastry bag.
Bake at 180*C for about 15 minutes.
After baking, you can add a little jam to the hearts.
