Pork in ginger-honey marinade baked with potatoes

Ingredients: pork, potato, onion, cheese, vegetable oil, butter, salt, pepper For marinade: garlic, fresh ginger, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice

Cooking method:

Wash a piece of meat, dry it, make a few cuts, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Pass the garlic through a press, grate a piece of ginger, squeeze the lemon juice. Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Grate the meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, divide in half, salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil, mix. Coarsely chop the onion, add to the potatoes.

When the meat is marinated, put pieces of butter between the cuts. Place the meat in the sleeve, around the potatoes, tie the sleeve on both sides. Pierce the sleeve in several places to release steam.

Bake in the oven at 200° for 1.1 hours. Then cut the sleeve, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes. Put the finished meat with potatoes on a dish, sprinkle with herbs.
