This method of creating scrambled eggs was shown to me at one time by my mother, and now I am showing it to my daughter. The dish is prepared in a matter of minutes, the main thing is to preheat the oven. In these scrambled eggs, you do not have to monitor the state of the yolk, as in a pan, because it will turn out to be dense anyway.

As for me, this is a delicious sandwich with a toasted bread base, like from a toaster, like some kind of cloud. By the way, if you almost bake the dish, then the whipped whites will be white, and the yolk will still be watery - at this moment the eggs look like the sun in the clouds. On some forums and sites, the dish is called that.

I belong to the category of people who prefer the yolk from the egg to the protein. Although a couple of times in my life I have met those whose preferences were the opposite. This is what I mean - protein seems to me tasteless, so do not forget to supplement this scrambled eggs with ketchup, mayonnaise, various sauces or pickles.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Bread - 2 slices
  • Salt - 2 pinches

Rinse chicken eggs in water, dry. Break them very carefully and separate the yolks from the whites. It is not necessary to leave the yolks intact. But the fact that not a single drop of yolk should get into the protein mass is sacred! And do not pour proteins into a container with drops of water - it must be dry, otherwise they will not churn. If you have special gadgets in your culinary arsenal for separating the contents of a chicken or quail egg, use them.

Place slices of any type of bread in a baking dish. You can place them directly on a baking sheet. There is no need to lubricate the mold. At this point, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Then beat the egg whites with a mixer or in the bowl of a food processor for about 2-3 minutes, adding a couple of pinches of salt to them. Spoon the protein mixture onto the bread base with a tablespoon. Make a hole in the middle of the whites for the yolks.

Next, pour in or lay them out into these holes. If desired, you can add salt, pepper. Place the dish in the oven for 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired degree of baking.

Once the squirrels are golden, remove the mold from the oven and turn off the technique. Ideally, in such fried eggs the protein mass does not settle, does not fall off, as, for example, in charlotte or biscuit cake.

Put the prepared dish on a plate and serve with fresh herbs, sauces, hot drinks. Airy scrambled eggs with sausage are especially tasty - neither adults nor children can be torn off by the ears!
