Cooking method:

Grated carrots and finely chopped onion fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper. Add finely chopped cabbage, mix. Reduce heat, cover and simmer cabbage until soft for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Water or other liquid does not need to be added. The filling for potato zrazy is ready.

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water, mash into a puree and cool. Add egg to mashed potatoes, mix. Pour the flour into the potato mixture gradually.

You may need more or less flour, depending on the type of potato. But remember, the less flour, the softer the zrazy will turn out. Mix flour with potatoes until absolutely homogeneous. From a small amount of potato mass, make a cake, put the filling in the middle.

To form zrazy, lightly dampen your hands with water. Bread zrazy in breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put potato zrazy with cabbage and fry until golden brown on both sides.
