My menu was so today. I tell.

For breakfast - loved sandwiches with whole wheat bread (60 grams) and fish paste (45 g).

Breakfast came on 330 kcal.

I have a snack chocolate 75% (20 g), and green tea. It turned 110 kcal.

As you can see, I often allow myself a piece of chocolate in the morning and it does not prevent me to lose weight slowly.

For lunch boiled potatoes (140 g), fish, fried in a pan without nonstick oil (110 g) and vegetable salad (100 g).

Total lunch turned 320 kcal.

My dinner today consisted of chicken breast (200 g), the French mustard and stuffed suluguni cheese (30 grams), fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil, and cucumber (60g).

All turned out to dinner 405 kcal.

My day has turned to 1165 kcal.
