Biscuit with honey and nuts

Ingredients: flour, fresh honey (or melted old), eggs, roasted walnuts, butter, cocoa, baking powder, cream, boiled condensed milk, butter, vanilla sugar

Cooking method:

Separate the yolks from the whites.

We put honey in the yolks. Beat well with a mixer.

Add softened butter, cocoa and beat thoroughly.

Add chopped walnuts in a blender. For not having such a name. you can use a rolling pin through the package.

Stir and start whipping the egg whites into a thick foam.

Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture.

Carefully, mix in one direction and gradually pour in the flour. It is convenient to do this with a small strainer.

Pour the well-kneaded dough into a greased mold and distribute evenly, shake the mold slightly.

Bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Cooking cream. We shift the boiled condensed milk into a bowl and put the softened butter and vanilla.

Beat well with a mixer. The cream is ready.

The cooled cake is cut into three cakes and smeared with plenty of cream.

Decorate the surface of the cake with chocolate icing.

For chocolate icing, I use 6 tablespoons of cocoa and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 100 g of butter.

Mix cocoa with powder and add melted butter

Lubricate the cake with a little hot icing and send it to the refrigerator.

Cooking butter cream for decoration.

Whip 60 g of butter with powdered sugar and vanilla.

We take our cake from the refrigerator and decorate it with oil roses using a pastry syringe.
