Ingredients: ready-made puff pastry, p / c sausages, bacon, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cherry plum, ketchup, Mozzarella cheese, Gouda cheese, Italian herbs
Cooking method:
Remove the dough 1 hour before cooking, completely thaw it at room temperature.
Cut all the ingredients for pizza, grate 2 types of cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough a little on a non-stick mat, transfer to a baking sheet and stretch the dough further with your hands. Lubricate with ketchup, stepping back 1 cm from the edge, sprinkle with Mozzarella, put sausage and bacon on top, onion in half rings.
The next layer is tomatoes, and then bell peppers and cherry plums. Sprinkle generously with Gouda cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven preheated to 230° on the lowest level for 10 - 15 minutes, as soon as the edges of the pizza are browned - it's done! Take out, sprinkle with Italian herbs, let cool slightly, cut into portions and you can eat. Bon appetit and all the best to you! 👍😋
