Today I want to share a pumpkin cake recipe. Now, when the pumpkin season is in full swing, I could not help but share with you the amazing pumpkin cupcake that has been loved in our family. Moderately sweet, fragrant, it is simply created for a cozy tea party with the family.

Recipe:
Pumpkin -250 gr.
Nuts -150g.
Egg -3pcs.
Sugar -150gr.
Sour cream -3 tbsp
Baking powder -1 pack
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Flour -250 gr.
Butter -100gr.
Cooking method:
Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and beat everything with a whisk, you can use a mixer. Melt 100 grams of butter and add to the eggs.
Add 3 tbsp. sour cream, mix. Let's measure out 250 grams of flour, add 1 pack of baking powder, I have 12 grams in more. We mix.
Grate 250 grams of pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Nuts 150 grams, any hazelnuts and walnuts I have today, chop with a knife.
Add pumpkin and nuts to the dough. We mix.
We take a baking dish. Lubricate with oil, pour over the dough. We put in a preheated oven and bake in the oven until tender. At 180 degrees 50-60 minutes, orient yourself with your oven. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer
We take it out of the mold, let it cool and can be served with tea. By the way, pumpkin can be replaced with carrots, it also turns out delicious. If desired, replace the nuts with dried fruits.
