I wanted to use one of these days the avocado is not banal, smeared on bread. And now I am preparing guacamole).
Decided to share with you a recipe for detailed, suddenly someone will like and variety of conventional application of avocado.

We will need:
- Avocado - 1 pcs (220 g).
- Tomato - 1 piece (70 g).
- lemon juice from the 1st of a small ring.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Garlic 2 cloves small.
Preparation.
Clear the avocado from the peel and seeds.
In a deep dish mash avocado pulp with a fork.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.
Finely chop the tomatoes and rub with garlic - add to the avocado.
All mix well and put them in a jar or container.

You can simply spread on bread or rye bread. And you can put on top of a piece of red fish - tasty and fresh!
