Cooking method:
First, let's prepare the base. Three frozen butter on a grater, mix with flour and baking powder. Mix with your hands until crumbly.
Beat eggs with sugar and add to flour mixture. We knead the dough. We put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and puree with an immersion blender.
Take a baking dish, grease with butter. We roll out the dough a little into a layer and put it in a mold, distribute the dough with our hands in shape, forming small sides.
Put a sliced banana on the dough. Pour the curd filling on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, make the soufflé. Whip the egg whites to white dense peaks, add the powdered sugar and beat again.
We take the cake out of the oven. Put the soufflé on top of the curd filling. Distribute with a spoon. We send it back to the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
We cool the finished cake a little and put it either in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, or take it out to a cold balcony. Then droplets appear. And you can serve cake. Bon Appetit.
