#valentines Thank you @SVETLANA_OMSK_cook21 for inspiration. Delicate, tasty, bright in appearance and with no less bright taste. I made it with buttercream filling. This is space!) A great gift for loved ones!
Ingredients: For the dough: Wheat flour, Baking powder, egg, Butter, Powdered sugar, Cocoa powder (take not dark, I have a "gold label"), dye (helium), milk, Filling:, Cottage cheese cream cheese (I have hochland), Cream (at least 33%), Vanillin at will and to taste (I didn’t add), Powdered sugar, For deboning:, Sugar powder
Cooking method:
We combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar.
Sift, mix.
We combine the egg, milk and dye. Punch with an immersion blender.
Add liquid to dry ingredients. Add soft butter.
Mix with a fork and knead into a soft dough. Send in the cold for an hour.
Prepare the filling: beat cream cheese and icing sugar. Add cream, beat.
Spoon onto a foil-lined pan. I have 14 pcs. Send to the freezer for an hour.
We take out half of the dough. We form a sausage. And we divide it into 7 parts. There will be 14 cookies in total.
Next, we quickly form cookies, dust the table and rukt with a little flour. We make a cake and put the frozen filling in each.
We form a ball or "heart", wrapping the filling in the dough.
Roll each cookie in powdered sugar. We don't shake anything.
Lay out on a baking sheet. Cookies will expand when baking, keep this in mind. We send to bake for 15 minutes. At 180-190 °C.
With the second part of the test, we do the same.
We put the finished cookies on a beautiful plate and treat your loved ones💕. Happy tea!
