Meat pizza with vegetables

Ingredients: Dough:, flour (plus on the desktop for rolling blanks), warm water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, Stuffing:, minced meat, large onion, medium tomato, large pepper, grated parmesan, grated mozzarella, mayonnaise, tomato paste, salt, Provence herbs

Cooking method:

In a deep bowl, mix dry ingredients - flour (2 cups), salt, sugar and yeast. Since the yeast is fast-acting, it is not necessary to breed them separately. Add water and 2 tablespoons of oil, knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add another tablespoon of oil and knead the dough well. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 40-50 degrees to increase the volume.

After half an hour, take out the dough, add half a glass of flour, knead the dough directly in the bowl, then cover with cling film and send back to the oven for another half hour.

Take out the risen dough, knead a little, divide into three parts and proceed to the formation of pizza. Three pizzas are obtained, so you can experiment with toppings right in the cooking process. There is only one principle - roll it out thinly, put it on a baking sheet, grease it with tomato paste, sprinkle with Provence herbs, spread the minced meat on top, and cut into strips - onion, tomato, pepper. You can make a mesh of mayonnaise. Top with plenty of grated cheese - parmesan and mozzarella.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Send pizza there in the lower part for 15 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted. Take out and serve hot.
