New Year's table 2020: juicy pork with oranges

Take note on this gorgeous recipe for a delicious pork in orange sauce. He is so good, tasty and beautiful, that 100% will be your favorite on any family meal.

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of pork loin on bone
salt
pepper

For the sauce:

2 oranges
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tbsp. l. liquid honey
1 tooth. garlic
salt
black pepper powder

Preparation:

1. Pork loin wash under running water and dry with paper towels.
2. Orange wash clean the garlic.

3. In a saucepan to squeeze the juice from the oranges. Pour the juice into vinegar, soy sauce, liquid honey.

4. Add juice finely chopped clove of garlic, salt to taste, spicy and black pepper.

5. Put a saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil down the sauce by half. He should be moderately thick and very aromatic.

6. Prepared pork dry wipes once again, it must be completely dry.

7. Heat a dry cast-iron skillet or other heavy-bottomed.

8. Put in a frying pan and fried pork on all sides at a high heat, including the end faces. Thus the meat juices are sealed inside a piece of pork and eventually get a very juicy.

9. Transfer the pork loin in a baking dish, sprinkle on all sides by a large sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

10. With silicone brush generously lubricate pork with orange sauce.

11. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

12. Put the form in a hot oven and bake for 1 hr.

13. Then reduce temperature to 180 degrees, get the meat and rub brisket sauce again. Bake for another 20 minutes.

14. Reduce temperature to 170 degrees, brush sauce and repeat the same thing 3 times longer diminishing heat.
The meat in the oven should be exactly 100 minutes.
