Ingredients: Dough: wheat flour, sugar, kefir 2.5% fat, vegetable oil, egg, cocoa powder, dye red, baking powder, soda, Cream:, cream cheese, cream 33%, powdered sugar, strawberry confit:, strawberry, sugar, gelatin
Cooking method:
Prepare all the ingredients and start cooking. All ingredients should be at room temperature, except for cream and cream cheese.
Pour warm kefir into a separate container and add soda. To mix everything.
Leave for 2-3 minutes.
Pour eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer.
Pour in vegetable oil and mix.
Add half of the sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa.
Pour dye into kefir.
Stir and pour into the dough with love.
Add the other half of the dry mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Take the forms and prepare the rings for the dough.
Pour the dough into the molds.
Bake at 180° for 40-50 minutes, check with a wooden toothpick.
Allow to cool until it is wrapped in cling film. The biscuit turned out very fluffy.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate overnight.
Thaw frozen strawberries, dilute gelatin in cold water according to the instructions. Add sugar to the bowl with the berries.
Bring to a boil, pour in the diluted gelatin, bring to a homogeneous mass and cool.
Remove the cakes from the refrigerator and cut.
Add chilled cream cheese to a cold saucepan, powdered sugar, stir and pour in chilled cream.
Mix cream. Start collecting cake. Spread the cake with cream and add strawberry confit.
Spread all the cakes well and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
