Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38.5 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Here came the hour of X - Monday and checkweighing.
I figure I was not pleased at all. Let me remind you that a week ago I have shone on the scales - 93.7 kg.

Of course I was upset, but given my frenzied week, moving and a lot of worries when I do not have time to drink water rate (and I mean a lot of it) - I hope all the same - it is water walking.
I start back from yesterday's pelmeshek to normal everyday menu.
And for breakfast I have my favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with fish paste (40 g).
Jasmine Green tea in addition to sandwiches, capsule omega-3 and Vitaminki.
For breakfast turned out - 280 kcal.
Lunch I turned away. We drove to her husband's parents, and there we were in a hurry fed omelette.
Of course there was no weights, but about... eye... omelet was about 200 grams. Well, that certainly does not go through, I recorded a 250 gr - 300 kcal.
On the way home I sgryzla bullseye - 170 g - 80 kcal.
By the way, I was given a fungus with which I am now doing yourself a cream and yogurt!
I will try today to put to ferment yogurt. I'll tell you what I did and how it tastes. Can someone enjoys a miracle fungus and makes a sour cream? Tell us about your experience!
For dinner at me today salad roasted chicken breast without non-stick frying oil (150 g), tomato (60 g) of cucumber (70 c) and seasoned soft cheese (50 g).
Salad turned on 300 kcal.
Somewhere in the three hours before bedtime, I finished her soft cheese, remaining after filling salad - 70 g - 55 kcal.
Total for the day turned 1015 kcal (malovato..vidimo is my revenge himself for yesterday's forced dumplings). But the water I drank enough.
