I cheated on my favorite sibasik 🐟 and took flounder, and it is quite budgetary (less than 250 rubles / kg).
Ingredients: Flounder 🐠, For marinade, Olive oil 🍶, Soy sauce 🍶, Lime (or lemon) 🍈, Garlic 🧄, Salt 🧂, Italian herbs spice 🧂, Seasoning ground paprika 🧂, For baking (for greasing the container), Olive oil, For garnish, Potato 🥔, Bulgarian pepper 🫑, Onion 🧅, Tomato 🍅, Garlic 🧄
Cooking method:
The flounder must be cleaned and gutted. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade (squeeze the garlic through a garlic press).
Lubricate the flounder with the prepared marinade on all sides and inside (make cuts on the outer sides of the fish so that the marinade is better saturated). Marinate 20-30 min.
Place the fish on a baking sheet greased with olive oil. On top of the fish, I laid out the vegetables that were (potatoes, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic), after lubricating them with the same marinade as the fish. Baked under foil for 40 minutes at 180 C.
Innings. The fish was served with vegetables that were baked with it. Additionally, fresh cucumber, tomato, dill and basil were served on the table.
