After a whole series of hunger strikes, diets (and this is as long as I remember myself from school age) - I found a way that helped me get rid of 60 extra pounds.
And I started to lose weight from 132 kg with a height of 172 cm in the hope of losing weight at least to 100 kg.
But now my weight is 72, 2 and I plan to build a little more, but already on the machine and generally not in a hurry and without getting hung up on weight. Since now the numbers on the scales are not important to me, but the reflection in the mirror, which almost suits me, is important.
What helped me? These are proper nutrition (about PP) and calorie counting and their deficit. Whoever is interested and wants to try - at the end of the article there will be a link on how and where to start.
Regular readers have probably lost me yesterday.
I didn’t rub, I just came to my senses after the dentist. I underwent almost the operation and spent the whole day coming to my senses and tuning in to subsequent visits to the dentist.
Here I want to download that the teeth should be treated immediately and not be afraid, like me, and do not delay until complications. Now it doesn’t hurt to treat teeth, and if you don’t delay it, then there should not be any consequences and retreat (like mine).

As for my menu yesterday, it is like this:
Urom more or less normal breakfast, after the dentist at about 4 pm I somehow ate Olivier, dressed with yogurt with mustard, in the evening one sausage and 50 g of cheese, and there was also tea with 5 pieces of dates. Just about 1200 kcal. She ate what she could and it was convenient to eat. So forgive me for this sausage))).
Well, the next day, on Sunday, more or less in the ranks and with normal nutrition.

And I'll move on to the Sunday menu - Shrovetide!
Breakfast - two boiled eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsk bread (35 g) with fish paste (40 g).
Drank green tea at breakfast.
Total 390 kcal.
For lunch I cooked pea soup - a whole pot for the whole family. Enough for a few days.
And baked rice pancakes in honor of Shrovetide.
Lunch - a bowl of soup (400 g) and two rye bread - 240 kcal.
And after dinner, an hour later, I paid tribute to Shrovetide and ate 100 g of rice pancakes with 10 g of homemade thorn jam.
It turned out to be a kind of snack on 290 kcal.
In the evening for dinner, I baked chicken breast for everyone in a creamy mushroom sauce and prepared a vegetable salad.
Dinner - chicken breast baked in creamy mushroom sauce with cheese (250 g) and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber), seasoned with 10% sour cream (20 g).
It turned out to be a dinner for 360 kcal.
After dinner, in the evening while watching a movie, I drank green tea with 30 g of dried mango - 75 kcal.
Yesterday we finally stopped at the market and I bought my favorite dried fruits. My diet constantly includes dried: cranberries, mangoes, dates, 30, less often 50 g per day.
As a result, my daily calorie intake was 1355 kcal.
I observed the drinking regime - for me it is 2 liters of clean drinking water. During cooking, I did exercises today so as not to waste time - I baked pancakes and did swings and squats.
Is it just me or is it the second week since our last joint checkweighing?
Will we compare the results at the end of the week or will we compare them by March 8? What do you think?
