I found this salad in the vastness of the Internet. Delicious and satisfying, and very beautiful. And most importantly, it is without mayonnaise! #New Year
Ingredients: boiled chicken breast, Korean carrots, large fresh cucumber, mushrooms or fresh 300 gr, prunes, walnuts, dill and parsley, for sauce, curd cheese with herbs, cream or yoghurt, salt, pepper and spices
Cooking method:
I collected the salad from top to bottom in a container. So, put chopped greens down first. The next layer of fresh cucumber is diced.
Brush with sauce. The third is prunes. Pre-soak it and cut into strips. Sauce again.
The fourth layer is carrots. You can grind it a little. And the last are the mushrooms. I fried and cooled them. We put the salad in the refrigerator so that it is well saturated with the sauce.
