Ingredients
- For the test:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 70 gr flour
- 1 hour l without a slide of baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- a pinch of salt
- 30 butter
- 5 (700-800 gr) apples
- For crumb:
- 60 gr almond flour
- 20 g sugar
- 20 g butter
- a pinch of salt
How to cook
Pour eggs into a bowl, add vanilla sugar and plain sugar, a pinch of salt. Beat until the mass increases in volume. Next, pour in milk and melted butter. Stir lightly. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Bring the dough to full homogeneity.
Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in the dough, mix the whole mass thoroughly.
Cover the form with parchment paper and pour the dough into it. Apples need to be smoothed, they should be in a horizontal position. Send to a preheated oven. The cake is baked for about one hour at 180 ° C.
Prepare cake crumb. To do this, grind soft butter with sugar, almond flour and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with the resulting crumbs a semi-finished cake. Bake until cooked through.
