I have been running this blog for over two years now. Here I share my experience of losing weight, recipes for low-calorie dishes and all those interesting things that, in my opinion, may be of interest to you, dear readers.

All my life I have been struggling with being overweight. Even as a child, I have always been a chubby and the struggle for harmony has been going on throughout my life. But somehow I was losing in this struggle with age more and more. Each diet brought me even more excess weight in the end.

But everything changed when I changed my approach to losing weight, stopped looking for diets and began to control my diet with calorie counting.

So the time has come for our control weighing - the first joint weighing after the New Year's feasts. I will learn your results from the comments.

It looks like my love for salted and smoked fish let me down just before the control weighing. Instead of 68 kg, I saw 69 on the scales! Or maybe another slight increase in calorie intake affected? Wait and see. While everything suits me.

As an example of a menu on the calculation of KBZHU, I will show my diet for the day.

For breakfast, delicious sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (65 g) with avocado (55 g) and gorgeous fish (70 g). I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 425 kcal.

I have fruit for a snack today. You need to eat both fruits and vegetables. Although those vegetables, and sometimes fruits that are now offered in stores, do not feel like eating at all. Although the prices for fruits and vegetables bite and have increased significantly after the New Year, their quality, it seems to me, leaves much to be desired.

Snack: 200 g kiwi and 120 g tangerine - 140 kcal.

On Friday, my day is not very difficult and there is no urgent work. I decided to cook borscht for dinner. I took out beef on the bone (as I thought then) and went to the store to see if they had brought normal Peking cabbage, and I had to buy beets with a reserve - they hadn't made vinaigrette for a long time.

Miracle! There are 3 pieces of Peking cabbage on the shelf in our store, and even one more or less liked me. I don’t know what happened, but in the chain store near the house there are no normal vegetables lately, and in a small private store the prices are prohibitive. Tomorrow we'll go to Moscow, maybe I'll buy something in the supermarket there.

I returned home, I looked at the melted beef - and there was only one pulp! I had to put the purchased chicken drumstick into borscht, and I’ll come up with something from the pulp of beef towards evening.

Lunch - a plate (450 g) of borscht with a spoonful of yogurt (40 g) - 310 kcal.

How long have I not cooked borscht - I ate it with pleasure.

I looked at a huge plate of borscht and I remembered a recent comment. A woman writes to me that everything in pictures and in words is beautiful, tasty and satisfying. And she tried and is starving! Then that it is impossible to gorge on portions of 100-120 grams.

Of course, I wondered why her portions are 100 g. But as usual I did not receive an answer. Now I already think that this woman has not tried anything at all, but just an elementary troll hater. Or maybe she is not a woman at all, but a man who has nothing to do.

But tell me, where do people get these 100g portions from?

Okay, let someone eat in portions with a palm and 100 g each, and I went in the late afternoon to cook a whole frying pan of beef. And then how to eat 200 grams at once, and even with a side dish.

I decided that there would be onions and yogurt in the dish, which I had already opened and did not use all of it.

I conjured something over the stove, having turned on the video beforehand, and in the end I realized that I had got a banal beef stroganoff

My dinner is 120 grams of buckwheat and 200 grams of beef stroganoff and 100 grams of tomatoes. Total 365 kcal.

And I decided to finish Friday evening with a delicious cheese (60 g) with an apple (100 g) with green tea (not a semi-sweet red, of course, but also deliciousπŸ˜‰). Let me remind you that the last meal I have is 2-3 hours before bedtime.

It turned out 255 kcal. I just got some protein and fat.

Result of the day: K - 1495, B - 90, F - 58, U - 138.

I observe the drinking regimen and wait for the end of the month, when all restrictions on physical activity will be removed, and I can again work out on my favorite ellipse.
