Cooking method:
First, let's make the custard base of the cream. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, egg, starch, mix everything well. Now put on medium heat and stir constantly, cook until thickened. Once the cream thickens, remove from heat.
Let's get to the biscuits. Pour the eggs and sugar into the bowl, beat well with a mixer. Add milk, vegetable oil and beat again. Now let's move on to the dry ingredients. Add the baking powder, cocoa and cornstarch to the flour. Slowly add all this to the liquid mixture, while whisking with a mixer.
Pour the dough into a 22 cm mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Now let's continue to prepare the cream. Put the softened butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer, add condensed milk. Next, slowly add the cooled custard base of the cream, while whisking all the time with a mixer.
We divide the cooled biscuit into 2 parts. It is advisable to collect the cake in a ring. We spread the cream on 1 part and close the second cake on top. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Let's prepare the frosting. Add butter, sour cream, sugar and cocoa to a saucepan, mix everything well and put on medium heat. Everything should dissolve well. Cool slightly and pour over the cake. Well we coat everything and enjoy! You can put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the glaze freezes.
