Ingredients: chicken thighs, potatoes, lemon, olive oil, garlic, ground black pepper, salt, herbs for serving
Cooking method:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.
Rinse the thighs and rub them with salt and pepper.
Put the meat in a baking dish, skin side down, and spread the potatoes around it. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Peel the garlic cloves and distribute them in the dish. Wash the lemon and cut it into circles, place on top of the potatoes.
Bake meat with potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. After half an hour, remove the form and turn the meat over, bake for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.
