β I hasten to share another very tasty, simple and original recipe for making Chinese cabbage. Quite simple, but it tastes magical. Even those who do not like cabbage do not refuse this. Peking cabbage is juicy and tender. Everyone in my family adores such cabbage!
So few people cook Peking cabbage, but in vain! Everyone is used to making salads out of it. Try it once and I have no doubt that you will cook regularly that way. It is possible for dinner, lunch and even breakfast. π

Cut off the cabbage leaves, wash them well and dry them with a towel.
I took 4 leaves. (Cooking for dinner).
I make 2 cuts at the base of the sheet. This is necessary so that the sheet lies flat in the pan and is not twisted (everything will be fried so well and evenly).
In the meantime, let's prepare the batter.
You can take the broth (if you have it), I didn't have it. If you are fasting, you can use vegetable broth or just water. I took the water and added a couple of tablespoons of sauce to marinate the meat (it will be delicious).
Salt, add an egg (mix a little). π You can skip the egg if you fast.
Then I add flour and stir at this moment. It turns out like this batter:
Dip a cabbage leaf into batter (you need the leaf to be in batter on both sides).
Fry on both sides for about 1 minute until golden brown in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. Scroll through the photo (there are 3 more on the right). π
You can add a little batter to the cabbage leaf when it is already in the pan (I showed it in the video, it will be at the end of the article).
