I decided to join the community and add my recipe for rolls. Processed cheese "Druzhba" to choose very carefully without substitutes. Mayonnaise recommended Provencal. Ham can be replaced with Carbonade, boiled sausage, etc.
Ingredients: Hard cheese, Processed cheese "Druzhba", Sliced ham (or the like), Mayonnaise, Fresh dill (less possible), Garlic
Cooking method:
Grease the grater with a small amount of vegetable oil. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Ready grated cheese is not recommended.
Wash the dill, dry it, cut off the stems, finely chop into the previously grated cheese. Put mayonnaise and mix a little.
Peel the garlic and squeeze into the cheese.
Place the melted cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand. Grater a little grease with vegetable oil. Grate melted cheese to dill, cheese and garlic. To stir thoroughly.
Put a tablespoon of cheese blank on slices of ham and carefully roll into a roll. Place seam side down on a plate. Repeat with the rest of the slices. Send a plate with rolls to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
