Shrovetide is coming - everyone carries pancakes

Admin

So Maslenitsa week has come. The air smells like spring. All week before Lent, you can eat pancakes with or without filling, at a party or at home, so we decided to invite friends for pancakes.

Children eat only with raspberry jam, but adults leaned on sour cream, caviar, a boiled egg with melted butter, and red fish.

You can talk about how delicious it is for a long time. I think there is not a single person in our country who has not tasted pancakes. I won't waste your time, so a quick classic recipe for our pancakes.

For a serving of 12 pieces (a frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm) we need:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Milk - 500 ml.
  • Flour - 350 gr.
  • Sugar - 3 tsp
  • Salt-0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 table l

First, mix eggs, salt and sugar. Beat well with a whisk.

We add milk, but not all at once, we will pour in gradually, stirring constantly.

We also gradually introduce flour. You need to constantly stir the dough, because there should be no lumps. You should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Pour vegetable oil into the dough. This is necessary so that the pancakes do not burn and turn over well.

Now we heat the pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Once you've got the right dough, once is enough.

Pour a little dough into the middle of the pan, distribute it over the entire pan.

We bake on both sides. Grease each finished pancake with butter.

Pancakes can be served with any filling. The main thing is that the pleasure that you get from eating your pancakes can never be compared to tasting purchased ones.

That's all! The pancakes are ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
