Cooking method:
In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, kefir and beat a little.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
We shift the dough into a mold (any, even silicone, even a plastic container) and put it in the microwave, cook for 5 minutes at maximum power.
For filling, mix soft cottage cheese, cheese and sweetener.
Mix gelatin with warm water and send it to the microwave for 15-20 seconds, take it out, mix and repeat 4-5 times until the gelatin is completely dissolved, there should be no grains. The main thing is not to boil!
Gradually, gelatin is introduced into the curd mixture, stirring with a spatula, then beat with a blender.
Pour the curd mixture into the biscuit mold and refrigerate overnight.
