Potato casserole with chicken and mushrooms

Cooking method:

Prepare the necessary products. Mushrooms and onions cut into small cubes.

Saute onions and mushrooms in hot oil over medium heat. Add minced chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes more, remove from heat.

Add the egg to the sour cream, mix until the consistency of the filling is uniform.

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Add salt, paprika, pepper, garlic and half the sour cream to it. Mix everything well.

Grease a 22x22 cm mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put half of the potatoes in the form, flatten. Put chicken meat with mushrooms and onions on potatoes. Put the second half of the potatoes on the filling, also smooth the surface.

Cover the potatoes evenly with the remaining sour cream filling. Cover the mold with foil.

Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.

After this time, remove the mold from the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven without foil for another 10 minutes. Allow the finished casserole to cool slightly, cut into portioned pieces and serve.
