Ingredients: Loin of meat, Mayonnaise, Adjika, Soy sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Spices (turmeric, smoked paprika, black pepper, thyme), Tomatoes, Hard cheese, Vegetable oil, Salt
Cooking method:
Mix mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp. with 1 tsp adjika and add 2-3 tsp. soy sauce. Got a meat marinade.
Cut the loin of the meat into plates and beat off on both sides. Brush each piece with marinade.
Grind mushrooms and onions, fry them in vegetable oil. Add spices to taste.
Put fried mushrooms with onions, a piece of cheese and a slice of tomato on a plate of meat. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Roll the rolls in flour.
Next, fry the rolls lightly on one side, now add salt, turn over and cover with a lid. Due to the secreted juice of meat and mushrooms, and melting cheese, a creamy cheese sauce is formed, in which we simmer the rolls for 40 minutes, periodically turning over.
