Ingredients: warm water, warm milk, eggs, sugar, flour, starch, vegetable oil, salt, vanillin, baking powder, filling, full-fat cottage cheese, cherries, powdered sugar, vanilla, sugar

Cooking method:

Whisk eggs with sugar.

Gradually add flour and starch

Add butter, vanilla, salt and baking powder.

Shake thoroughly.

Gradually add milk and water. Mix well with a whisk

We leave the dough for 15 minutes.

We separate the cherries from the seeds and put them in a saucepan and pour 100 g of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of water.
