Vinaigrette is a very healthy and vitamin-rich salad. Each housewife has her own recipe. I offer three options for different tastes, choose any for yourself. Cook according to my recipes, replenish your body with vitamins and be Always Healthy!

The main ingredients of the Vinaigrette salad are:

1. Boiled beets;

2. Boiled potatoes in their uniforms;

3. Boiled carrots;

4. Pickle;

Pre-boil potatoes, beets and carrots in their skins, cool. For the final vinaigrette, take a salted cucumber, not a canned cucumber, the taste of the salad is much tastier.

Cut all vegetables into cubes. Slice the beets first.

Transfer the beets to a salad bowl and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix. The color of the vinaigrette will be rich and will not stain other vegetables, then proceed to prepare the other ingredients.

OPTION # 1

Ingredients:

Beet 1pc
Potatoes 1-2pcs
Carrot 1pc
Pickled cucumber 1pc
Sauerkraut 100g
Red onion 1pc
Canned beans 200g
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp

For this version of the Vinaigrette, add finely chopped red onions, sauerkraut, canned or boiled beans in salted water to the main vegetables. Add salt to the salad to your liking, since there are pickles and sauerkraut in the salad, you don't need to salt it.

Combine all ingredients, season with vegetable oil and stir.

Vinaigrette with beans and sauerkraut is ready!

OPTION # 2:

Ingredients:

Beet 1pc
Potatoes 1-2pcs
Carrot 1pc
Pickled cucumber 2pcs
Pickled or salted mushrooms 200g
White salad onion 1pc
Green onions 10g
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp

In this version of Vinaigrette, add canned or salted mushrooms, finely chopped white salad onions and green onions to the main ingredients.

Mushrooms will add variety to the salad, and green onions will add a fresh note of vinaigrette.

Combine all the ingredients, season with vegetable oil, salt to your liking, stir. Vinaigrette with mushrooms is ready!

OPTION # 3:

Ingredients:

Beet 1pc
Potatoes 1-2pcs
Carrot 1pc
Pickled cucumber 2pcs
Apple 1pc
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Onion 1pc
Mustard 1 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste

Fresh apple and mustard dressing will give the vinaigrette an unusual taste.

Peel the apple, chop finely and be sure to sprinkle with lemon juice. Lemon will not only add flavor, but the apples will not darken. Chop the onion finely.

Combine all the ingredients, season with vegetable oil, sugar and mustard, salt to your liking, stir. The apple vinaigrette is ready!
