Today I want to offer you a recipe for a dish that is ideal to feed the whole family.
Such a dish can be prepared in the "usual mode" for every day, and at the moment - in the post, it will be as relevant as ever! Moreover, its preparation will take you a minimum of your time and effort - the main work will be done by the oven, without your participation.
And here's what you need for cooking:
Potatoes, medium size - 8-10 pcs.
Carrots (large) - 1 pc.
Champignon mushrooms - 350 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Salt, black pepper, spices - to taste
Let's get started ...
First, let's prepare the mushrooms, in my case, at the moment, these are champignons - we wash them thoroughly, remove the top if necessary. the shell from the caps (we do not touch the legs), and then we cut it not too finely - during heat treatment they greatly decrease in size.
Now, pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up, lay the mushrooms, and fry them while stirring. They will immediately begin to release moisture and decrease in size - fry for about 7 minutes.
At this point, we have already peeled the onion, chopped it and then add it to the mushrooms in the pan. We continue to fry for a while - 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime, we prepare the rest of the vegetables (I peel them in advance) - cut the potatoes into large slices, the carrots in half / slices, or small - just slices, or large straws.
Now add the contents of the pan to these vegetables, add salt, ground black pepper, spices (seasoning for potatoes) to taste, mix.
Next, carefully put everything in the baking sleeve, tie it on both sides. On the top, we make several punctures with a toothpick - if this is not done, the bag may burst during baking. Then we put the sleeve with the contents on a baking sheet or a suitable baking dish, and send it to cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes - preheated to 180 degrees. Everything is very simple - and very tasty! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
