Good day!

The other day I was preparing myself apple pancakes for breakfast, and I hasten to share with you a simple recipe.

Pancakes are obtained excellent, tasty, lots of apples and a little test - something that is necessary for our figure.

KBZHU - K 110, B - 4.3 M - 4.65, Y - 11.74

We need 5 pieces of pancakes:

  • 1 large apple - 220-250 gr
  • 2 medium eggs,
  • a pinch of vanilla,
  • 2 packets sugar substitute (I FitParad based stevia)
  • 1 tablespoon (No big hills) whole wheat flour - I like a rice flour (you can take any).
  • a pinch of baking powder.
  • I have added 1/2 tsp coconut (optional).

Preparation.

Simply nowhere!

Apple cut into small cubes (grated is already not at all ..)

Egg mix with sweeteners, flour, baking powder, vanilla and mix well, add the apples. Mix. The dough is ready!

Here's what my dough.
Here's what my dough.

I roasted a drop of olive oil on a nonstick frying pan under the lid until golden brown.

You can fry without oil, if you are confident in your non-stick frying pan, then KBZHU will contain much less fat. But I wanted this time oladushek beautiful.

Quick and easy, and the result - yummy! Pancakes for breakfast - a boost of energy for the whole day).

Bon Appetit!
