Now I tell you how I cook very delicious stuffed cabbage, from which all just crazy. And anyone who tries them first, then asks me for the recipe. I think you also have to know it, because it is very tasty!

Ingredients:

cabbage
forcemeat
rice
bulb onions
carrot
tomatoes
cheese
greens
pepper (optional)
flour
sour cream
salt pepper

One onion and a carrot fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. If you want to add the bell pepper, then it too finely cut and fry. Separately, boil until half of 60-70 grams of rice.

Now we take 200-250 grams of any ground meat, add the rice and stir fried vegetables. Salt to taste, add the spices (I put only black pepper).

Blanshiruem cabbage, cabbage rolls and wraps. Then add them tightly in a baking dish and pour water. Add water to about half form.

Top tightly close the foil and put in the oven for 30 minutes. The temperature of 180-190 degrees.

At this time, we prepare a fur coat for the cabbage. Finely cut one large ripe tomato, adding thereto the green beam 100 g grated cheese, 1 tablespoon of flour and 2-3 tablespoons of cream.

We get stuffed, put on top "coat" and again in the oven. Foil cover is no longer necessary. After 10-15 minutes the meal is ready to be served. Bon appetit, my dear!
