Ingredients: White cabbage, Flour, Cheese, Egg, Dried garlic, Vegetable oil for frying, Salt

Cooking method:

Finely chop the cabbage and place in a deep bowl.

Add salt, pepper, garlic and eggs to the cabbage and mix the cabbage mass with a fork.

Grate cheese and add to the total mass.

Mix the mass and add flour. Stir the cabbage mass until smooth. The mass will not be liquid. In a frying pan, I have a size of 22 cm, put the cabbage mass and level it. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. The top of the casserole will set slightly.
