How often do you hear the words: "To lose weight you have to close your mouth", "To lose weight you need to exclude... and a huge list of products"? I constantly fly in such advice from somewhere.

And I want to ask you: losing weight is really the only thing that should worry us? Often the issue of losing weight is acute because of health. But why then do we solve this issue do not think about health at all?

Close your mouth, exclude a huge amount of food, almost starve, but lose weight as quickly as possible - and what will happen in this case to health, which is already not the best because of excess weight? Indeed, in this way we deprive the body of a huge amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that it simply needs for normal functioning.

In my opinion, the most comfortable way to lose weight is by counting calories and BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).

By counting calories, I have lost a lot of excess weight. For all the time I was losing weight, I had no breakdowns, because it was tasty and comfortable for me And my body received most of the substances it needed.

I'll tell you about my slimness menu.

Now I will surprise regular readers with today's breakfast.

Usually I have sandwiches for breakfast, or something from eggs, and if I have time, I cook lazy khachapuri, cheese cake, scrambled eggs in pita bread. All this is delicious and gives me satiety for a long time.

But various cereals in the morning are not for me. After porridge, I want to eat literally in an hour and a half, and I don’t like porridge.

But it happens once in half a year I wake up thinking about porridge.

So today I woke up and realized that I didn't want anything except millet porridge.

But knowing myself, besides porridge (200 g in milk 1 to 1 with diluted water), I also made a sandwich for tea on Darnitsky bread (30 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (40 g).

As a result, my breakfast came out 435 kcal.

Our weather is terrible today. It gets colder and colder, the rain in the morning periodically pleases (no, not at all). It's so dark that you have to turn on the light during the day during work.

In such weather, I increasingly remember the summer days and our mini-vacation. How many beautiful and interesting places we have traveled in Moscow in the summer, where we have not been. I have never had so many photos. And most importantly, I never liked myself in the photo as much as I did on those that remained in my memory of the past summer.

With the loss of excess weight, life began to play with new colors, it became more active and more interesting. And I wish you the same!

Today I dreamed about summer, but I have to work.

I am still not tired of a light Peking cabbage salad with Korean carrots and ham. Today I took a break and quickly cut myself a simple but delicious salad. I needed 85 g of Peking cabbage, 60 g of ham and 40 g of Korean carrots. Tucked in 30 g of sour cream 10%.

5 minutes and a decent salad is ready.

Snack on 245 kcal (taking into account the fact that my ham is not from poultry and, therefore, is high in calories).

My bad habit has shown itself today - to have a snack at work. I took a bowl of salad to the computer.

Before lunchtime, I had already redone the main work that was most urgent for me and persuaded myself to go to the store. We’ll finish the cheese soup soon and we’ll have to make another pot of soup for dinner. And my choice fell on pumpkin cheese puree soup with smoked paprika. The colder it is, the more hearty soups you want, so while I cook cheese ones.

For pumpkin and cheese for soup, as well as dairy products, I walked into the store in the rain.

But at home, a hot, tasty and hearty cheese soup was waiting for me. A bowl of soup (450 g) - 310 kcal.

Today, a comment came to me again (though not here, but in insta) - it turns out I have a lot free time, I am a bum and only do what I cook, cook and cook every day for myself varied food. In general, not life, but raspberriesπŸ‘

The fact that I live alone and do only myself is something I’ve got used to, I don’t care who and what thinks about this. In fact, people have a head, and in it a gray matter is given to think, analyze information. But not everyone adequately perceives information, but that's another story.

But I can't get used to the fact that people don't cook at all. I just don't understand what they eat then? Is it possible that semi-finished products are heated in the microwave every day? Or do they order their own food in a cafe? I very much doubt it. In our country, few people can afford to eat in restaurants every day, and now you can go broke on semi-finished products. I will not say anything about what will happen to the digestive tract on such a diet.

As someone today well said from the readers: whoever has a desire is looking for opportunities, the rest are looking for reasons. Looking for reasons not to do anything.

And in the evening I will warm up the breast under a fur coat and stewed zucchini, which I cooked yesterday for 3 days and with we eat them with pleasure, as well as ate cheese soup with pleasure for lunch, which is also my second day. And tomorrow I will also eat cheese soup, breast and zucchini.

But if I want, I'll find the time and cook something else.

My dinner is 200 g of chicken breast under a fur coat and 100 g of stewed zucchini.

Dinner for 335 kcal.

And with tea in the evening I ate 2 fruit pastilles for 105 kcal.

As a result, my day went to 1430 kcal. B - 95, F - 65, U - 107.

To help the calorie deficit - the drinking rate of water and exercise.

Remember that changing your diet will give you the result in losing weight, and physical education will give you the quality of your body. If you continue to overeat, no gym will help you lose weight and your abs on the press will be under a layer of fat.
