A pie called "Crazy". This pie has been written in my cookbook since school days, and periodically helps me out, for example, when there is no sweet at home, it’s not a hunt to go to the store, but you need to cook something for tea, and something is not easy, but something very tasty.
Recipe:
for 2 servings:
- flour - 400 gr (3 tbsp)
- sugar - 400 gr (2 tbsp)
- salt -1/3 tsp
- soda -1 tsp
- cocoa powder -50 g r (1/2 tbsp)
- milk - 450 ml (2 tbsp) or water
- vegetable oil -150 ml (3/4 tbsp)
- vinegar 9% -2 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar -1 pack
COOKING METHOD
I cook the pie immediately for 2 servings, as it is quickly eaten, I will also write a recipe in glasses under the video, as you like.
So, measure out 400 grams of sugar, add 1 pack of vanilla sugar. We measure out 400 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. soda, add 50 grams of cocoa powder, sift to sugar.
Pour in 450 ml of milk, if there is no milk, you can pour in water at room temperature, today I’m just on the water, you can add juice, pour in 150 ml vegetable oil, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps, now add 2 tbsp. Mix 9% vinegar, the dough immediately becomes air.
We take a suitable form, grease with oil, pour the dough and put in a preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees 30-40 minutes, it all depends on your oven, I have an electric oven, heating the top and bottom, it takes 35 minutes time. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.
Let's melt the chocolate and pour over the cake. You can cut into cakes, fluff and you get a very tasty cake. The cake is moist and does not require additional impregnation, in a nutshell it has an unusual taste, despite the simple composition.
By the way, such a pie was invented in the United States during a period of shortage.
