Funchoza with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients: Funchoza, Chicken breast, Carrot, Onion, Bulgarian pepper, Cucumbers, Cherry tomatoes, Soy sauce, Salt, Pepper, Sesame, Vegetable oil, Garlic

Cooking method:

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. In fact, the shape is not particularly important - it is more convenient to take pieces with chopsticks.

In a frying pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil and quickly (no more than 2-3 minutes) fry the chopped chicken breast over high heat. It is important that the meat is covered with an appetizing crust, while remaining juicy inside. If you cook chicken over low heat, it will not be fried, but stewed. Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl and season to taste.

In the meantime, prepare the vegetables for frying. Cut the large sweet pepper into strips, the medium onion into half rings, and the peeled carrots into strips. In the pan where the chicken was fried, add another 1 tablespoon of oil, warm it up and lay the vegetables. Stirring, cook them over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Our task is not to make them soft, but only to warm them up so that the slices absorb the oil and become fragrant (while remaining crispy). We shift the peppers, onions and carrots to the chicken.

Next, let's make the noodles. We put the dry funchose in a deep bowl or pan and pour it with boiling water so that the water level is higher than this very noodle. Cover with a lid and leave for 5-6 minutes so that the funchose steams out and becomes transparent. Then we recline it on a sieve so that all the water is glass. Additionally, I recommend cutting the finished funchose with kitchen scissors, as it is quite long and it will not be very convenient to eat it.

Cucumbers cut into thin sticks. Cherry tomatoes into 4 parts. Put the cooled noodles to the vegetables with chicken, mix. Then add fresh cucumber and tomatoes. It remains to fill the dish with soy sauce and squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic.

Give it a try: you may not have enough salt, so add extra sauce or just salt to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving and enjoy. BON APPETIT 💓.
