Not everyone likes barley, but in vain! It would seem that the usual barley, and as a result is a surprisingly tasty barley simply Yum. No wonder they say - the simpler the dish more delicious.
INGREDIENTS
Pearl barley -300gr.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
-1-2sht carrots.
Onion -1-2 pieces.
Water -600-700ml.
Chicken -900gr.

Black pepper - to taste
Sweet paprika -1 / 2ch.l.
1/3 teaspoon curry
Garlic -2-3zub.
Vegetable oil -3-4st.l.
COOKING METHOD
300 grams of pearl barley well wash out and fill with cold water, leave for 1-2 hours.
Immediately zamarinuem chicken 900 grams, add 1 tsp salt, add black pepper, 1 / 2ch.l. sweet paprika, 1/3 teaspoon curry, add 2-3 cloves of garlic passed through the press. Pour 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil and mix well, put aside to wait in the wings.
One large or 2 small bulbs we shall cut cubes. Carrots grate.
Sauté the onions and carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft.
It took 2 hours water merge with pearl barley. On a baking sheet, pour 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil, put onion and carrot, pearl barley, add salt, black pepper and stir.
On top put the prepared chicken and fill with water, so that the pearl barley is well concealed. I took 600 ml. It is very important that there is enough water. Need to get steamed barley and was not stiff.
We put in a preheated oven and cooked at 190 degrees, 6 minutes, then diminish to 100 degrees and leave steamed 15-20 minutes.
