Bread sticks with cheese and garlic

Ingredients: Flour + for sprinkling the baking sheet, Salt, Baking powder, Olive oil + for greasing the baking sheet, Dry yeast, Water, Stuffing, Cheese, Garlic, Olive oil

Cooking method:

Let's start preparing a quick dough: add yeast, sugar and a little flour to warm water. Stir and let the dough rest for a few minutes. Add baking powder and salt to flour. We mix. Add vegetable oil and broth. We divide the dough into blanks of 100 g each (use the scales). We round each piece of dough. I got six koloboks. Cover them with foil and let them rise for 10 minutes.

During this time, prepare the filling. Mix olive oil with chopped garlic - we will grease the dough with it. We rub the cheese on a fine grater. We roll each blank into a rectangle 2-3 mm thick. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly into a roll.

As soon as we finished stuffing the last roll, we roll the first one with our hands, pulling it into a flagellum. We let the blanks stand under the film (towel) for 20 minutes. Then we moisten the blanks with water using a culinary brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We twist the sticks into a spiral. Transfer to a floured and oiled baking sheet.

We bake bread sticks with cheese and garlic in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, the temperature is 220 degrees. All the while baking bread sticks in the oven there was an iron cup with water for steam generation. Breadsticks with cheese and garlic turned out to be very fragrant, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Loved the recipe, highly recommended!
