Fried potatoes in bacon

Ingredients: - potatoes, - bacon, - carrots, - onions, - garlic, - spices and salt

Cooking method:

Peel potatoes and cut into half rings.

Peel the carrots and cut into small strips.

Salo cut into large pieces. Salo is better to take with meat. Put pieces of lard on a heated pan. You can add some vegetable oil. So the fat will begin to heat up and fry faster.

After the fat is fried on one side, turn it over and pour potatoes and carrots into the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 8-10 minutes. When potatoes start to brown, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Any fried potatoes are much tastier and more aromatic with onions and garlic. If the onion is onion, cut it into half rings, just chop the garlic with a knife. If the onions and garlic are green, just chop them finely.

Add to skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
