My recent purchase - liquid eyeliner from the Art Deco called Perfect Color Eyeliner. Reviews for the product have been mixed, but it did not stop me from buying, as previously I have tested it on his hand, and I liked the effect.
This liner I bought somewhere 3 weeks ago, use it almost every day, so I can talk about it.
I would like to note the following: brush in the product thin and soft, due to this agent can be applied as a thin-thin line and a fat. The effect depends on the tip of the arrow is drawn, or the entire length of the brush.
Product advantages in that it many (4.5 mL, I note that in many eyeliner product slightly less - 2.8 mL). 3 weeks of use on the tube stuck to nothing (I mean twist in place), as a result of the packaging as good as new.
And most importantly - resistance. I draw arrows on the base for the shadows (I have different databases, all the same resistance), in this case the make-up is as bright and is not erased from morning until late evening.
Tip: If you have oily skin of the eyelids, then you definitely under the liner should be applied to the base.
I read that some of this eyeliner is burning forever, but I did like it there. Great product for the money (about 500 rubles for a diamond in the map Letual).
