Ingredients: Chicken legs, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes, Greens, Bell peppers, Sunflower oil, Salt, paprika, seasonings
Cooking method:
Wash chicken legs. Make cuts across the legs. Salt, pepper, add seasonings and a little sunflower oil. Stir and refrigerate while you prepare the ingredients.
Cut all vegetables into cubes. Peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots.
Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper and add a little sunflower oil. Mix everything.
Cover a baking sheet or other baking dish with foil, put our vegetables on the foil first and chicken legs on top.
Cover with foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the foil and send it back to the oven for 15 minutes so that our legs are fried.
All our legs are ready!!! We take it out of the oven.
