I have two daughters and they are very fond of purchased rolls, so I decided to try to bake a roll myself and did not regret it, now we bake all the time and do not buy more in stores!

Roll for tea!

Ingredients: flour, sugar, warm milk, eggs, baking powder, odorless sunflower oil

Cooking method:

Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer until fluffy. Add milk, vegetable oil, sifted flour, baking powder, mix everything well until smooth (the dough should turn out like sour cream) and pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment, previously greased with vegetable oil, spread the dough all over with a spoon baking sheet.

We bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, remove the parchment and grease the entire cake on one side with cream. The cream can be any, you can even lubricate the cake with jam or jam. I have cottage cheese cream: 200 gr. beat curd cheese with a mixer until smooth with condensed milk 150 ml. and sour cream at least 20% fat 100 gr.

We spread frozen strawberries all over the cake (can be replaced with any fruit) and roll our roll
