Winter is the best time to eat persimmons. You can just eat fresh fruit, but it is much more interesting to bake something delicious! 😉😋 For example, PP oatmeal bars with persimmon. An important point - the persimmon must be ripe! Only in this case, after baking, these fruit and oatmeal bars will be so tasty that you will want to cook them more than once. Ingredients: persimmons (necessarily ripe!), oatmeal, butter, wheat flour, sugar
Cooking method:
Wash persimmon, wipe and remove the skin.
Remove the seeds, if any, and grind the pulp with a blender to a puree state.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add persimmon puree and sugar. Keep on the stove, stirring with a spatula, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and pour oatmeal and flour into a warm mass (necessarily sifted!). Adjust the amount of cereal - the dough should be slightly thinner than for oatmeal cookies. Mix everything well.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread out the batter, then level well.
Bake the bars in a preheated oven, up to 170 degrees, for 30 - 35 minutes.
