Ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Vegetable oil, Butter, Milk, Vinegar, Vanillin, Sugar, Cocoa, Soda, Salt, Filling, Nutella, Butter, Condensed milk, Amaretto (cognac, cherry liqueur), Cherry, Glaze, Chocolate with nuts, Vegetable butter
Cooking method:
Biscuit. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg and remaining liquid ingredients at room temperature. Beat well and add vinegar at the end. Mix. Bake at 180' 40-50 minutes. Remove, cool and wrap in cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Cream. Put nutella, condensed milk and butter in a bowl. We send it to the microwave for 30-40 minutes. To melt the nutella. Beat the mass with a mixer, add liquor. Remove pits from cherries and chop a little. Add it to cream. We cut off the top of the finished biscuit and make a cup from the bottom of the biscuit, cutting out the pulp and leaving the "walls" and "bottom". Crumble the pulp into cream. Mix. Put the finished mass into a "cup" of our biscuit and cover with a cut top.
Glaze. Melt chocolate in a convenient way. I do it in a water bath. Add oil and beat with a mixer. Cover the top of the cake with the finished icing.
This is a very tasty cake. Sweet tooth dream. Bon Appetit.
